The Queen’s Row Barge Gloriana carried the new Lord Mayor, Alderman Fiona Woolf CBE, to the City of London escorted by 20 cutters, Shallops and gigs from the City Livery Companies, Associations and clubs. A splendid start to a wonderful day.
